Combining artisan expertise with modern technology, the company develops customized solutions for residential, commercial, and prestigious settings, guiding every project from material selection to final installation. It specializes in processing fine marbles, onyxes, travertines, natural stones, agglomerates, semi-precious materials and innovative materials aligned with contemporary interior design needs.

The History of Industria Marmi Ferrari.

  1. 1965
Cav. Rodolfo Ferrari, an entrepreneur in the tanning sector, expands his horizons by investing in marble. He purchases land in Chiampo for processing and transforming natural stone: a site that remains the historical headquarters and operational heart of Industria Marmi Ferrari to this day.
  2. 1967
At just 20 years old, Paolo Ferrari joins the company and launches its production activity. The facility is state-of-the-art for its time, featuring four sand gang saws for slabbing, two milling machines for cutting floors and custom orders, several finishing machines and a team of about ten employees. A company destined to become an industry leader takes shape.
  3. 1970
Franco Ferrari joins the company alongside his brother Paolo to manage and grow the business. That same year marks a fundamental technological turning point: the installation of the first diamond gang saw, an innovative solution that replaces traditional sand saws, revolutionizing marble processing and boosting efficiency, precision and production quality.
  4. 1970/1980
During the 1970s, the company specializes in processing prestigious Italian marbles: Chiampo, Perlato Coreno, Perlato Sicilia, Travertine, Breccia Oniciata, Breccia Aurora, Verde Alpi, Grigio Carnico, Asiago marbles and many other natural stones. Late in the decade, imported materials like Giallo d'Istria and Pietra Orsera are introduced, broadening the catalog and opening new market opportunities.
  5. 80'
The 1980s mark international expansion: alongside Italian materials, the company introduces marbles from Greece and Spain and natural stones from Africa and the Americas. To support this growth, it invests in cutting-edge machinery, boosting capacity. The decade closes with a strong focus on material selection, precision processing and serving high-profile clients.
  6. 1993
The company acquires neighboring land formerly used as a tannery, laying the foundation for expansion. Starting in 1994, a new corporate facility takes shape, featuring a production workshop, technical offices and a showroom. This ambitious project concludes in 1998 with the completion of the structure that remains the company's operational hub today.
  7. 1996
A period of massive growth and consolidation: the internal technical department and new showroom are launched. International recognition expands with major orders for luxury private villas in Austria, the Netherlands and France, alongside high-end projects in Italy, initiating an internationalization journey that reinforces its reputation.
  8. 2000
Structural development continues with new warehouses for inventory and processing built above original structures. The 2000s bring strong global expansion, establishing solid international partnerships and completing projects in Paris, London, Berlin and Moscow, as well as luxury builds along the French Riviera, Spain and Albania. The company also participates in hotel developments and high-profile architectural projects.
  9. 2013
Facilities expansion concludes with the completion of new slab storage warehouses designed to streamline the management of globally sourced materials. Additionally, the new headquarters office space opens: a modern, functional environment supporting technical, commercial, and administrative operations by combining efficiency, innovation and service quality.
  10. 2014
The company strengthens its market presence through new partnerships aimed at boosting the sales network for slabs and finished products. A new sales and logistics hub opens in Friuli-Venezia Giulia to expand distribution capacity and ensure faster service across North-Eastern Italy and neighboring markets.
  11. 2018
A logistics outpost opens in Verona, located within one of the primary stone industry hubs, to streamline material handling and ensure rapid deliveries. Supported by specialized partners, this facility expands distribution capacity for natural and synthetic materials across domestic and international markets, boosting overall competitiveness.
  12. 2020
Industria Marmi Ferrari drives forward with digitalization by launching an online inventory portal. This platform allows clients and designers to check real-time warehouse availability and material specifications, making selection fast, efficient, and accessible anywhere, redefining customer experience with flexible services.
  13. 2025
A new logistics center opens in Tuscany, a strategic facility designed to support corporate growth and optimize distribution flows. Through this operational base, the company broadens its regional footprint, ensuring faster deliveries and more efficient service to expanding market areas.
