Advanced technologies for cutting and processing marble slabs and blocks.

Single blade

Single-blade machines for squaring blocks and producing slabs and blocks represent a fundamental technology in the processing of marble, granite and natural stone.

Thanks to advanced control systems, they enable highly precise processing, allowing for both standard and custom thicknesses with a high degree of customization. Process automation optimizes production times, reduces waste and ensures high operational efficiency.

Computerized programming ensures accurate, repeatable cuts, with minimal margins of error and consistent results in terms of finished product quality.

This technology represents a strategic element for a modern, efficient and quality-oriented production process.

Multi-blade gang saws

The serial production of slabs from blocks of marble and natural stone requires an organized process and technologies capable of ensuring precision, continuity and uniformity of the final result.

Our machinery handles thicknesses ranging from 1.1 cm to 12 cm based on project requirements.

Our equipment park includes:
  • 1 x 40-blade gang saw for 3 cm cuts
  • 2 x 40-blade gang saws for 2 cm cuts
  • 1 x 26-blade gang saw for 1.1 cm cuts
  • 1 x 10-blade gang saw, reconfigured daily based on client demands
This production flexibility allows us to respond promptly to both standard and customized processing needs, while maintaining high quality standards and production continuity.

Slabs polishing machine

The finishing of marble and natural stone slabs is a fundamental phase of the production process, capable of defining the aesthetic appearance and functional characteristics of the material.

Through different surface treatments, diverse aesthetic and performance results are achieved, depending on the intended use:
  • Polished: gives a bright, reflective finish, enhancing natural colors and veining.
  • Honed: produces a smooth, matte surface with a sober, essential character.
  • Brushed: creates a soft, weathered effect, ideal for settings with a natural or traditional feel.
  • Bush-hammered: creates a rough, non-slip surface, suitable for outdoor environments or heavy-use areas.
  • Fine bush-hammered: a fine, uniform treatment that combines safety with aesthetic refinement.
These techniques allow every slab to be customized, precisely meeting any design requirement.
